Eleanor Yacono

Eleanor is an experienced dietitian who has spent 20 years working to improve people’s health. She graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Science (Physiology & Biochemistry) before completing Masters of Nutrition & Dietetics.

She has since worked as a dietician across a variety of settings, beginning her career in clinical dietetics at Cabrini private hospital where she worked for 10 years. During this time she also worked in private practice and took on a project manager’s role working with the Westgate Division of GPs delivering nutrition programs to the community. She later joined the team at Mercy Health, Werribee working in the Hospital Admissions Risk Program. Eleanor’s appreciation of the evolving nutrition and health landscape has seen her transition to her passion of health promotion & management. She is excited to join the innovative team at Cirqit Health to foster partnerships with other Health Professionals and bring contemporary, best practices health & wellbeing programs to the community.
